"Wholesome, Chef-Prepared Meals for Busy Families"
Sorghum!? What is that!? Is what I usually hear when I bring up this grain-based salad. Sorghum is said to help improve digestive health, is loaded with vitamins and minerals and is an excellent source of protein for gluten-sensitive diets. It also contains antioxidants and polyphenols that are great for reducing stress and improving cholesterol. That all being said, we mix ours with fresh veggies, crumbled goat cheese, garbanzo beans and roasted garlic vinaigrette. Healthy and de-lish.
