Mini Crab Cakes with Spicy Remoulade

I honestly don't think you can get a better crab cake in Maryland! We start ours with only the best colossal jumbo lump crab nuggets and tie it together with minimal filler, but oh what wonderful filler it is! Egg, mayo, whole grain mustard and crushed buttery Ritz crackers hold those crab nuggets of love together. Additional seasonings and such are in there, but if we told you the rest we'd have to kill ya!
