Cranberry-Apple Bake

The inspiration for this is nothing less than the little square of cranberry yumminess in a Swanson Turkey TV dinner! When there would be that one odd day a year when Mom just wanted to take the day off of cooking, a Swanson turkey tv dinner was it. It was all fairly blah, but that little corner of cranberry goodness that you always hoped there'd be a little more of! Our rendition starts with copious ammounts fresh cranberries, honeycrisp apples, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and other spices cooked down and then finished in the oven. Yum would be an understatement!
